(Version 2.0)

Welcome back to code with us

Code with us is a series of free tutorials to encourage young people to get coding and making fun projects.

In 2020, over 2,000 projects were made and submitted by young people across the United Kingdom, from the comfort of their own homes.

Every weekend, visit our website and find a new project to learn how to make (and if you submit it... there are chances to win goodies!)

This weeks project:

With code with us, we will be using HTML & CSS to create a multi-page magazine website with a two page layout, allowing you to get creative!

Previous projects...

With code with us, we will be using Scratch to create a virtual stress ball that you can squash whenever you want!

With code with us, we will be making an app that allows you, and your friends and family, to design their own fruit salads using Scratch.

the rules

- To submit a project, the project must be submitted through the online form that will appear on this website during the weekend. The form will then close to submissions during weekdays.

- BE KIND! No profanity in your projects please. To keep young people safe, we ask that you submit projects through the form - we do not recommend creating social media accounts to share your projects with us. Young people should be supervised by an adult who can act as a mentor.

- Like 2020, please continue to follow all Coronavirus restrictions and advise. For up-to-date information, please visit Gov.UK or NHS.uk

- Have fun! Our teams will be on hand to help, just drop us an email at: codewithus@keepingdigital.org.uk (Mon-Sat)

Insert really interesting information here! Code with us is a collaborative project from York CoderDojo, Selby CoderDojo and York Pi Jam.
Some project tutorials may include external links to fellow digital making charities - all links have been checked for content at time of publication.
